Guys here is a great easy recipe you can make for your wife or mother for Mothers Day. Serve with corn on the cob and baked potatoes.

Makes 6 (6oz) burgers
Ingredients:
27 oz package ground turkey
3 slices bacon
1 egg beaten
1/4 light mayo
2 tablespoons A1 sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Greek seasoning (substitute season salt)
1 1/2 cups Colby jack cheese (finely shredded)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
A1 aioli (recipes follows)
Hamburger buns
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp ( microwave 3-4 minutes ) drain on paper towels and chop.
In large bowl combine turkey, bacon and next five ingredients. Do not over mix.
Fold in cheese and breadcrumbs.
Gently make six (6 oz) burgers.
Chill burgers in fridge for 30 minutes.
As burgers chill, light grill on medium heat.
Clean and lightly oil cooking grates.
Cook burgers on hot grill, 7-10 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.**
Do not overcook or turkey will dry out.
Remove from heat an let rest 5 minutes before serving
A1 Aioli
1/2 cup lite mayo
1 tablespoon A1 sauce
Combine and chill before serving.
**The USDA recommends cooking to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (see Preparation Methods for details).
